Common use of Port Security Clause in Contracts

Port Security. 18.1 The Principal must inform itself of, and strictly comply with, the requirements of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (Cth) (if relevant) as in force from time to time including any modification or substitute. 18.2 The Principal acknowledges that the Port Area may be a Security Regulated Port within the meaning of that Act.
