Pooled Benefits. Subd. 1. Eligibility: Early and Family Education teachers who are regularly scheduled for 1,110 hours (30 hours a week/.75 full-time equivalent (FTE) of a full time K-12 teacher) per fiscal year qualify for the pooled benefits contained in this Agreement.
