Political Contribution Disclosure. The contractor is advised of its responsibility to file an annual disclosure statement on political contributions with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC), pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.27 (P.L. 2005, c. 271, §3 as amended) if in a calendar year the contractor receives one (1) or more contracts valued at $50,000.00 or more. It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine if filing is necessary. Failure to file can result in the imposition of penalties by ELEC.
