Polishing Clause Samples

The POLISHING clause defines the responsibilities and standards for finishing surfaces to a specified level of smoothness or shine. It typically outlines which materials or areas require polishing, the methods to be used, and the quality expectations, such as the degree of gloss or absence of visible imperfections. This clause ensures that the final appearance of the work meets agreed-upon aesthetic and functional standards, preventing disputes over workmanship and clarifying expectations for both parties.

If, for whatever reason the sewer bylaw norms are not met, the water and/or the [ * ] (before being re-injected) will be placed in a labelled container and kept in a separate area of the plant before being transferred to a designated treatment facility for final appropriate disposal.
