Information not of a public nature regarding the policies and positions that have been or will be advocated by the Company and its Affiliates with government officials, the views of government officials toward such policies and positions, and the status of any communications that the Company or its Affiliates may have with any government officials. • Information Not Generally Known. Any information which (a) is not generally known to the public or within the industry or trade in which the Company or its Affiliates compete, (b) gives the Company or its Affiliates a significant advantage over its or their competitors, or (c) has significant economic value or potentially significant economic value to the Company or its Affiliates, including the physical embodiments of such information.
