Common use of Policy Implementation Clause in Contracts

Policy Implementation. Prior to the implementation by the Board of a policy which affects and/or impacts bargaining unit employees and which otherwise constitutes a mandatory subject of bargaining, the policy shall be discussed in the areas of consultation. No such policy shall be implemented without prior negotiations with the CFT.
