Policy Approvals from the MOR. 5.3.1 Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Article, Authority shall co- ordinate with the MOR and/ or Railway Administration for the issue of necessary policy directives and administrative orders in respect of legal, administrative and policy issues, and as may otherwise be required for the purposes of facilitation of the SFM Project.
