Policies Access Clause Samples
The Policies Access clause defines the rights and procedures for parties to access and review relevant policies referenced in the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which policies are applicable, how they can be accessed (such as through a website or upon written request), and any obligations to notify parties of updates or changes.
