POLE MOUNTED Clause Samples

In practice, this clause may specify the types of poles that can be used, the method of attachment, safety clearances, and any necessary permissions from utility companies or local authorities. Its core function is to ensure that pole-mounted installations are safe, compliant with regulations, and do not interfere with existing infrastructure, thereby minimizing risks and clarifying responsibilities for all parties involved.
