Common use of Point of Change of Ownership Clause in Contracts

Point of Change of Ownership. The Point of Change of Ownership shall be the point where the conductors of the Distribution Provider’s 33kV line are attached to the Interconnection Customer’s 33kV line at the Last Structure. The Interconnection Customer shall own and maintain the Last Structure, the conductors, insulators and jumper loops from such Last Structure to the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility. The Distribution Provider will own the insulators that are used to attach the Distribution Provider’s conductors to the Last Structure.

Point of Change of Ownership. The Point of Change of Ownership shall be the point where the conductors of the Distribution Provider’s 33kV line are attached to conductors terminate at the Interconnection Customer’s 33kV last generation tie-line structure located at the Last Structure. The Interconnection Customer shall own and maintain the Last Structure, the conductors, insulators and jumper loops from such Last Structure to the Interconnection Customerproperty line of Distribution Provider’s Generating FacilityTranswind Substation. The Distribution Provider will own and maintain the insulators conductors and the insulators, on the Distribution Provider’s-side of last structure that are used to attach the Distribution Provider’s conductors to the Last Structurelast structure.

The Interconnection Customer shall own and maintain the Last Structure, the conductors, insulators and jumper loops from such Last Structure to the Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility. The Distribution Provider will own the insulators that are used to attach the Distribution Provider’s -owned conductors to the Last Structure.
