Plumbing. Tenant must observe strict care and caution that all water faucets and water apparatus are shut off before Tenant or its employees leave the Building to prevent waste or damage. Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for purposes for which constructed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or placed therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by Tenant shall be paid by Tenant and Landlord shall not in any case be responsible therefor.
