PLC Time Sample Clauses

The "PLC Time" clause defines the specific time standard or reference point used for measuring deadlines, performance periods, or other time-related obligations within a contract. In practice, this clause clarifies whether all time references are based on a particular time zone, such as the local time at a project site or a central office, and may specify how daylight saving changes are handled. By establishing a clear and consistent time reference, the clause prevents confusion or disputes about when obligations must be met, ensuring all parties operate on the same schedule.
