Common use of Playoffs Clause in Contracts

Playoffs. Admission to any playoff games at the Arena in which the Team may participate is not included under this Agreement or as part of the Account. The Team shall provide the Primary Account Holder a first right of refusal to purchase tickets for playoff games to be exercised within the time period set out in the playoff invoice sent to the Primary Account Holder by the Team. For clarity, there shall be no right of first refusal for playoff games for the playoff period beginning in or around May 2021 and ending on or about July 31, 2021. In the event the right of first refusal granted to the Primary Account Holder to purchase tickets for playoff games is not exercised within the time period outlined in the playoff invoice, the Primary Account Holder will be deemed not to have exercised their right to purchase tickets for playoff games and will forego their right to purchase playoff tickets for that Season.
