Player Group Licensing Business. The AFL Player Contract also shall contain provisions assigning exclusive player group licensing rights (for four (4) or more AFL players) to a players organization designated by Class Counsel as set forth in Paragraph 4(b) of Exhibit B hereto, or as otherwise agreed by the AFL and Class Counsel.
