Common use of Platform Use Clause in Contracts

Platform Use. Subject to the Client’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Supplier grants to the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence, without 19406178-11 the right to grant sublicences (other than to the Authorised Users), to permit the Authorised Users to use the Platform and the Documentation during the Subscription Term for the Client’s business purposes. In relation to the Authorised Users, the Client undertakes that:
