PLATFORM ALTERATION AND PROTOTYPE INSTALLATION. The contractor shall install the prototype on a designated platform, laboratory or ocean floor at a location (air, land, dockside or at-sea) identified in the Task Order. The contractor shall provide all necessary resources to perform the installation including operation, testing, removal and restoration.
