Systems Operation and Verification Test (SOVT Sample Clauses

The Systems Operation and Verification Test (SOVT) clause defines the procedures and requirements for testing a system to confirm it operates according to specified criteria before final acceptance. This typically involves a series of planned tests conducted in the operational environment, where the system's performance, reliability, and compliance with contractual specifications are verified. The SOVT process ensures that any issues are identified and resolved prior to handover, thereby reducing the risk of post-delivery failures and ensuring the system meets the client's needs.
