Common use of Platby Clause in Contracts

Platby. In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, including without limitation answering all CRF-related queries, and IQVIA has received all properly completed CRFs and Site has returned or destroyed, at Sponsor’s option, all other Confidential Information (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement. Předpokládaná hodnota finančního plnění dle této Smlouvy činí přibližně 941 684KčČástky stanovené v Příloze A jsou úplné a konečné a zahrnují veškeré služby, které bude Místo provádění klinického hodnocení poskytovat v souvislosti se Studií, včetně veškerých případných nepřímých nákladů, daní, poplatků a dalších ohodnocení pro Místo provádění klinického hodnocení nebo Studijní tým.

Nebude-li ujednáno jinak, faktury od Místa provádění klinického hodnocení obdrží a bude zpracovávat společnost DrugDev. Veškeré dotazy ohledně faktur Místa provádění klinického hodnocení nebo plateb je třeba směřovat na společnost DrugDev, jejíž kontaktní údaje jsou uvedeny v Příloze A.

Nebude-li ujednáno jinak, faktury od Zdravotnického zařízení obdrží a platby bude zpracovávat společnost DrugDev. Veškeré dotazy ohledně faktur Zdravotnického zařízení nebo plateb mají být adresovány společnosti DrugDev, jejíž kontaktní údaje jsou uvedeny v Příloze A.

V souvislosti s řádným plněním Studie Místem provádění klinického hodnocení, a to v souladu s podmínkami a ustanoveními této Smlouvy, budou poskytovány platby dle podmínek a ustanovení definovaných v Příloze A, přičemž poslední platba bude uskutečněna poté, co Místo provádění klinického hodnocení splní a dokončí veškeré závazky, jež mu vyplývají z této Smlouvy, např. zodpovězení všech dotazů k formulářům CRF, a IQVIA a/nebo Zadavatel obdrží veškeré Information (as defined below). řádně vyplněné CRF a Místo provádění klinického hodnocení podle uvážení Zadavatele vrátí a, bude-li tak IQVIA a/nebo zničí Zadavatel vyžadovat, veškeré další Důvěrné informace (ve smyslu níže uvedené definice). The estimated value of financial payment under this Agreement shall be approximately CZK 90.199. Předpokládaná hodnota finančního plnění dle této Smlouvy činí přibližně 941 684Kč90.199 Kč.

Platby. In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, including without limitation answering all CRF-related queries, and IQVIA ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has received all properly completed CRFs and Site has returned or destroyedand, at Sponsor’s optionif Quintiles requests, all other Confidential Information (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement). The estimated value of financial payment under this Agreement to the Site shall be approximately CZK 941 68475000. Předpokládaná hodnota finančního plnění poskytnutého dle této Smlouvy činí je přibližně 941 684Kčve výši 831 560 Kč.
