Plat of Boundary‑Line Survey. The Design Builder shall not undertake the preparation of plans and specifications until he has in its possession a plat of boundary‑line survey furnished to him by the Using Agency or the Owner. In the design of the work, the Design Builder must take into consideration all easements, rights‑of‑way covenants that run with the land, and any U. S. Government "controls" that are referred to on the plat of boundary-line survey. THE DESIGN BUILDER WILL DESIGN NO WORK EXTENDING BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF BOUNDARY-LINE SURVEY WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE OWNER IN ADVANCE.
