Plant and Equipment. (a) All mobile plant and equipment shall, prior to commencement on the work site, be certified and have a certificate of currency as complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 and Regulation 2001 and the requirements of Crane Safe NSW. The logbook for all mobile equipment should be kept in the cabin.
