Common use of Plant and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Plant and Equipment. The Contractor, shall at his own expense, supply all tools, plant and equipment (here-in-after referred to as T & P) required for the execution of the contract other than those listed in Schedule ‘C’ which subject to their availability may be hired by B.H.E.L., to the Contractor or issued free for use in the execution of the work as specified in Tender Documents.
