Common use of Planning Parameters Clause in Contracts

Planning Parameters. The provisions of the Planning Parameters shall be incorporated herein and shall form an integral part of this Lease save that if there is any conflict between the provisions of this Lease and the Planning Parameters in relation to the planning, design, infrastructure and technical requirements of the construction and development of the IR, the provisions of the Planning Parameters shall prevail.
