Common use of Planning Information Clause in Contracts

Planning Information. Each party shall transfer to PJM, pursuant to this Agreement and in accordance with the Operating Agreement, the responsibility to prepare a Regional Transmission Expansion Plan and to provide information reasonably requested by PJM to prepare the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan and shall otherwise cooperate with PJM in such preparation.
