Common use of Plan Phase Clause in Contracts

Plan Phase. a. By October 31st, each teacher shall meet with his/her evaluator to review and plan all phases of the evaluation process utilizing the evaluation form and marking the box for “plan.” b. The evaluatee and the evaluator will both sign two copies of the evaluation form under “Preconference – Self Assessment.” One copy will be kept by each party. c. The evaluation form may be revised during the course of the year with the mutual consent of the employee and the evaluator. Revisions shall be signed by both parties under “Revision of Plan.”
