By signing or acknowledging this Agreement as specified below, Participant agrees to be bound by the Plan and to receive copies of the Plan, the Plan prospectus and other Plan information from the Company’s intranet and shareholder information, including copies of any annual report, proxy statement, Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K and other information filed with the SEC, from the investor relations section of the Company’s website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Participant acknowledges that copies of the Plan, Plan prospectus, Plan information and shareholder information are available upon written or telephonic request to the Company’s Corporate Secretary.
