Common use of Plan Information Clause in Contracts

Plan Information. From time to time, as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender, such books, records and other documents relating to any Pension Plan as the Administrative Agent or any Lender shall specify; prior to any termination, partial termination or merger of a Pension Plan covering employees of any Loan Party or any of its ERISA Affiliates, or a transfer of assets of a Pension Plan covering employees of any Loan Party or any of its ERISA Affiliates, written notification thereof; promptly upon any Loan Party's receipt thereof, a copy of any determination letter or advisory opinion regarding any Pension Plan received from any Governmental Authority and any amendment or modification thereto as may be necessary as a condition to obtaining a favorable determination letter or advisory opinion; and promptly upon the occurrence thereof, written notification of any action requested by any Governmental Authority to be taken as a condition to any such determination letter or advisory opinion;
