PLAN ENTRY DATE. Notwithstanding Sections 1.16 and 2.01 of the Plan, a 1994 ASI Division Employee who completes a Year of Service (taking into account Section 1.02 of this Appendix B) on or before January 31, 1995, shall become a Participant in the Plan on January 31, 1995 (if employed by Flow International Corporation on that date).
