Plan Coordination. The Fisheries Plans shall include common as well as specific elements. It shall allow for Collaborative Management among Fish Managers and shall provide for coordinated performance, including adaptive management.

Perform and schedule clearing and grubbing operations in ways that allow permanent erosion control features to follow as soon as possible. D. Maintain all sediment and erosion control facilities as required to assure their effective and continued operation. E. Completely remove all temporary sediment and erosion control measures at the completion of construction. Restore all disturbed areas to the satisfaction of the Engineer.

Plan Coordination. The UTILITY agrees to coordinate its plans for the UTILITY’s Water and Wastewater Facilities Work with the COUNTY’s Road Work plans to avoid conflict and construction delays. The UTILITY shall work proactively with the COUNTY to eliminate any conflicts that may exist between the UTILITY’s Water and Wastewater Facilities Work and the COUNTY’s Road Work. The basis of survey and other survey information for the UTILITY’s Water and Wastewater Facilities Work shall be consistent with the COUNTY’s Road Work plans.
