Plan Booklets Clause Samples

The "Plan Booklets" clause defines the requirement for providing detailed informational documents about a benefit or insurance plan to participants. Typically, this clause specifies that the plan administrator or employer must prepare and distribute booklets outlining the plan’s features, eligibility requirements, coverage details, and procedures for making claims. By mandating the distribution of these booklets, the clause ensures that all participants have clear, accessible information about their rights and obligations under the plan, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes.
