Plan 1. On or after the: Annual Entitlement Personal Leave Hours (permanent full-time or probationary) First vacation anniversary (January 01) 120 hours 40 hours Seventh (7th) vacation anniversary 160 hours 40 hours Twentieth (20th ) vacation anniversary 200 hours 40 hours Employees on this vacation scheme will be eligible for 40 hours of Personal Leave Hours annually, at the beginning of each calendar year. Personal Leave Hours will be pro-rated dependent on an employee’s start date. Employees that are eligible for Personal Leave Hours will not be eligible for the Provisions of Letter #5, Leave for Personal and Family Related Responsibilities. Personal Leave Hours are intended to give employees greater flexibility in meeting work/life priorities, and can be taken for any reason including emergent situations, partially or all at once, subject to operational requirements.
