Placement in Class. Every bargaining unit position shall be placed in a classification. Classification of positions will follow the agreed upon salary schedule. Classification of a position will include a written job description which contains an accurate and concise description of duties and responsibilities, and skills, knowledge and abilities required to perform the job.
