Common use of Place of Meetings; Meetings by Telephone Clause in Contracts

Place of Meetings; Meetings by Telephone. All meetings of the Board may be held at any place that has been designated from time to time by resolution of the Board. In the absence of such a designation, regular meetings shall be held at the principal place of business of the Company. Any meeting, regular or special, may be held by conference telephone or similar communication equipment so long as all Managers participating in the meeting can hear one another, and all Managers participating by telephone or similar communication equipment shall be deemed to be present in person at the meeting.
