Common use of Place Due Clause in Contracts

Place Due. All Fixed Rent, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s proportionate share of real estate taxes and Common area expenses and other sums due under this Lease shall be paid to (Landlord) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co. at Department ▇▇-▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time direct in writing.
