Place Due. All Fixed Rent, Tenant's Proportionate Share of Real Estate Taxes and Common Area Expenses and other sums due under this Lease shall be paid to Landlord at Dept. 77-7258, Chicago, Illinois, 60678-7258 or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time direct in writing.
