Piece Workers Sample Clauses
Piece Workers. In the case of an employee employed on piece or bonus work or any other system of payment by results, the rate which is the weekly average of payments made to the employee under such a system for the period actually worked during ordinary hours during the last three monthly period in respect of which such payments have been calculated prior to the time of going on leave or termination of employment as the case may be.
Piece Workers. In situations where there is no piece work available due to lack of product or otherwise, Piece Workers will be offered other available work and shall be paid the rate associated with such work in accordance with Schedule A.
Piece Workers. Employees who are employed on a piece work system will sharpen their knives at times which do not interfere with the smooth running of the system.
