Physical Link. A single physical interface that interconnects two devices in a frame relay network (e.g. DS1, DS0, Bearer channel, refer to FRF.14). Bundle — A grouping of one or more physical links using the formats and procedures of multilink frame relay. The bundle operates as a logical interface function that emulates a single physical interface to the Q.922 data link layer. Bundle Link— A MFR sub-component that controls operation of one of the bundle's physical links. MFR Control Frame — A frame used to exchange MFR Link Control information. MFR Information Frame — A frame used to transport Q.922 data frames (i.e. frame relay signaling and data frames).

  • Physical Exams The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

  • Physical Fitness New Employees. New employees are required to file a medical examination report with the Director of Health Services before reporting for duty in the Des Moines schools.   • PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAM 42.1 The Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee consisting of four (4) members, two (2) appointed by the Chief of Department and two (2) appointed by the Union shall develop a physical fitness program for the Department to maintain and improve the health and fitness of members and reduce injuries. The employees appointed by the Union shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of participating in meetings of the Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 The ODUF will be distributed to Dialtone & More via CONNECT:Direct or Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or another mutually agreed medium.
