PHYSICAL CONNECTION AND COMPENSATION. 3.1 BellSouth's provision of CNAM Database Services to CLEC-1 requires interconnection from CLEC-1 to BellSouth CNAM Service Control Points (SCPs). Such interconnections shall be established pursuant to Attachment 3 of this Agreement. The appropriate charge for access to and use of the BellSouth CNAM Database service shall be as set forth in this Attachment.
