Photographing Employees. A. Employees have the right to refuse to be photographed or recorded on video, other than for security purposes, by the Agency. An employee must refuse in each instance and cannot provide a blanket refusal.
B. The Agency will obtain a release from employees before using employee photographs or video recordings for promotional purposes.
Photographing Employees. When Prop and Miniature Journeymen, or any other employees subject to the terms of this Agreement, are photographed in front of a motion picture camera, they shall be employed under the appropriate terms of the Actors or Extras contract. When any employee is employed to render additional services other than Actor or Extra work (under the terms of this Agreement), he shall also be paid according to the provisions of such contract.
