Phishing. Phishing means any access or attempted access to data or information made by means of misrepresentation or deception. Virus or Similar Mechanism means program code, programming instruction or any set of instructions intentionally constructed with the purpose and ability, or purposely used, to damage, interfere with, adversely affect, infiltrate or monitor computer systems, computer programs, data or operations, whether involving self-replication or not. The definition of virus or similar mechanism includes but is not limited to Trojan horses, worms and logic bombs and the exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities in a computer program to damage, interfere with, adversely affect, infiltrate or monitor as above. Date recognition exclusion We will not cover damage caused by, contributed to or arising from the failure of equipment (including hardware and software) to correctly recognise any given date or to process data or to operate properly due to failure to recognise any given date. But we will cover subsequent damage resulting from an insured cause, which is not excluded elsewhere in the policy. This exclusion does not apply to section nine (A): Employers’ liability. Electrical plant exclusion Damage to or destruction of any electrical plant or electrical appliance i.e. dynamo transformer motor or other working electrical machinery apparatus or fittings directly caused by its own overrunning, shortcircuiting, excessive pressure or self-heating, but should fire extend to and damage or destroy any other part of the plant or appliances or other property Insured hereby, such damage or destruction is not excluded by the policy. Heat processes exclusion Loss or damage to property due to its undergoing any process necessarily involving application of heat. Northern Ireland exclusion Loss or destruction of or damage to any property in Northern Ireland or loss resulting therefrom caused by or happening through or in consequence of:
