Phased approach. Because implementation of a Forest or District NEPA decision regarding road closure and decommissioning is likely to involve many miles of road and take place over the course of several years as funding becomes available, the consulting parties agree that the Forest may use a phased approach to the identification and evaluation of historic properties that may be affected by the subsequent closure and decommissioning activities.

Phased approach. The performance and provision of services and work by Consultant pursuant to the Agreement and this Attachment A (Scope of Work) shall be completed in the following phases, with Consultant beginning the services and work of each succeeding phase only upon the issuance of a written “Notice to Proceedby County.

Item 1: Undertake an independent capacity assessment of the 5 partner VTIs for becoming Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) This item shall have an output of 5 capacity assessment reports. The Ministry of Education and Sports (XxXX) CoVE assessment tool will be the only tool to be used, thus no need of developing new tools. After acclimatization with this tool, one other requirement will be to validate the crude organizational self-assessment exercise and reports that the partner VTIs did at the beginning of this year. Therefore, field visits to each of the 5 VTIs will be required. Interactions will be with the major stakeholders e.g., board of governors, management teams, technical and support staff, students etc.

In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):
