Phase One Cluster Study. Transmission Provider shall conduct a Phase One Cluster Study in accordance with Section 6 of the LGIP, except that Section 6.6.1 of the LGIP shall not apply. Commercial Readiness Milestone Options applicable to the Phase One Cluster Study conducted pursuant to this Attachment R are set forth below in Section 3.2.1.
