Execution of Phase One Cluster Study Agreement. Within fifteen (15) Business Days of Transmission Provider tendering the Phase One Cluster Study Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall execute and deliver the agreement to Transmission Provider, along with the Phase One Cluster Study deposit specified in Section 6.1. 1. At the end of the Customer Engagement Window, all Interconnection Requests deemed valid and for which there is an executed Phase One Cluster Study Agreement in the form of Appendix 2 and Phase One Cluster Study deposit as specified in Section 6.1.1 shall be included in the Cluster. Following the Customer Engagement Window, Transmission Provider shall initiate the Phase One Cluster Study described in Sections 6.4 and 6.5.
