PHASE III - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. 2.3.1 Based on the approved Design Development documents and any further adjustments in the scope of the Project and/or in the construction budget authorized by the Owner, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare, for approval by the Owner, Construction Documents consisting of deliverables, including, but not limited to building information, plans, drawings, and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the Project. 2.3.1.1 These requirements include but are not limited to the work required for the Architect/Engineer, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, electrical engineering, plumbing, service-connected equipment, Project site and offsite work, and/or the necessary general conditions. 2.3.2 Construction Documents shall comply with applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations. If conflicts arise between any laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations, the Architect/Engineer shall notify the Owner who will issue direction. 2.3.3 The Architect/Engineer shall include in the Construction Documents a requirement of the GC to provide manuals and adequate training for the Owner in the operation of the mechanical, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems installed by the GC.
