PHASE III - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. 2.3.1 Based on the approved Design Development documents and any further adjustments in the scope of the Project and/or in the construction budget authorized by the Owner, the Architect shall prepare, for approval by the Owner, Construction Documents consisting of building information, plans, drawings, and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the Project including, but not limited to, the work required for the architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, electrical engineering, plumbing, service-connected equipment, Project site work, and/or the necessary general conditions.
