Phase B. a. The wage in phase B is determined on commencement of the secondment agreement, in accordance with article 18 of this Collective Labour Agreement. b. The actual wage in a new placement under the same secondment agreement in phase B is at least equal to the actual wage earned before the cessation of agency work. c. The actual wage under a new secondment agreement in phase B is at least equal to the reversion wage, unless there has been an interruption of thirteen weeks or longer, but less than 26 weeks, between two agency work employment contracts.
