Phase 2 Solutions Responsibilities. Solutions will have ultimate responsibility for staffing sufficiently in support of AWS' business requirements. Phase 2 Solutions will manage the staff, and will accommodate the actual business volumes according to the performance measurements defined in Appendix D.
