Common use of Pharmacy Medications Clause in Contracts

Pharmacy Medications. Coverage of pharmacy medications, unless otherwise covered according to applicable state or federal law, is explicitly excluded under this Contract unless the Subscribing Group elected, through the Master Application, to add coverage of pharmacy medication benefits to their AvMed Large Group Choice Plan.

Pharmacy Medications.
