Common use of Pets/Animals Clause in Contracts

Pets/Animals. Tenant shall not be allowed to have or bring, even temporarily, any animal (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, or insects) anywhere in the Premises at any time, except by prior written consent of Broker. If Broker agrees to permit Tenant an animal ("pet"), both Tenant and Broker must sign a separate pet agreement or addendum.
