Common use of Persons Excluded Clause in Contracts

Persons Excluded. Excluded from this Agreement shall be all other employees, including supervisors, athletic director, management personnel, the Superintendent, Principals, Vice or Assistant Principals, T & E Coordinator, C.S.T. Coordinator, Guidance Director, Administrative Assistants, Affirmative Action Officer, Technology Technicians and employees in summer Title I and Migrant programs and athletic trainer. The athletic trainer will be excluded as long as these services are provided by an independent contractor and not an employee of the District.
