Persons Acting for the Defendant. The government may obtain information by any lawful means concern- ing the trustworthiness of persons associated with the defense and may bring such information to the atten- tion of the court for the court’s consideration in fram- ing an appropriate protective order pursuant to Section 3 of the Act.
